Short version: this site has no analytics, no ad trackers and no cookies. If you write to me or book a call, I keep what you sent so I can reply, and nothing else. I never sell your information. Email hello@aryanfindsaway.com and I will delete it.
Who I am
This website, aryanfindsaway.com, and the apps described below are run by Aryan F, an independent product builder based in India. Questions about this policy go to hello@aryanfindsaway.com.
What this website collects
- Contact form. Your name, email, company, the kind of enquiry, a preferred call time and your message. It is saved in my private database and copied to my work inbox so I can reply.
- Booking a call. Your name, email, an optional note and the time you pick. This creates an event in my Google Calendar, and Google sends you the invitation.
- WhatsApp button. Your name and message are only used to open WhatsApp with your message ready to send. I do not store them. Once you are in WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.
- Your colour theme. If you switch the site's colours, that choice is remembered in your own browser. It never leaves your device.
- Hosting and fonts. Like every website, the servers that deliver these pages (Cloudflare) see basic request details such as your IP address and browser, to deliver the page and block abuse. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser also asks Google for them.
My apps and connected accounts
I build private tools for my own work: Aryan Work and Aryan Studio at app.aryanfindsaway.com, and Pocket on my phone. They sit behind a login and only I use them. They connect to my own accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn and Google so I can publish my posts, read comments and stats on my own content, and manage my own mail, calendar and files.
- The access these services grant is stored encrypted and is used only for those tasks.
- Data from these accounts is never sold, never shared for advertising and never used to train AI models.
- Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who handles the data
I use a small number of service providers, each only for its own job: Cloudflare (hosting and file storage), Supabase (database, United States), Google Workspace (email, calendar and files), and Meta and LinkedIn (only when I post to my own accounts). I do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
How long I keep it
Enquiries and booking details are kept for up to two years, so I can follow up on a conversation, and then deleted. You can ask me to delete them sooner at any time.
Your choices and deleting your data
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything I hold about you. Email hello@aryanfindsaway.com with the subject "Delete my data" and I will do it within 30 days and confirm by email.
If you connected an Instagram or Facebook account to one of my apps, you can also remove it yourself: in Instagram, go to Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove the app. Then email me and I will delete everything the app stored.
Children
This site and these apps are not meant for anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
